Jack and the Beanstalk
Magic beans...okay, the helper's name wasn't Jack..and he was supposed to be planting spinach. Yet here they are, some sort of dried beans, I think kidney or some kind of red bean or maybe a pinto variety. Who knows. But I do know they aren't spinach. I am sure he was convinced he was helping.
You are making me "green" with envy! Last weekend we had snow! Keep this up and you will be having a permanent house guest--ME! Wish I could stop by the farmer's market and buy some of your produce. I can't believe you are doing all this on top of everything else. God bless you all!

Oh, the joys of "boy-help". Sometimes only marginally more valuable than "dog-help", but infinitely more rewarding. You will harvest far more than beans or spinach by having your kids participate in your daily work. Keep it up! And keep blogging!
