Where is Greener Vision This Week

Well, after the big to-do last week over the health department permit and such, we hope to have everything straightened out by tomorrow. So expect EGGS at the Georgetown Farmer's Market tomorrow.

There's some excitement in the fields, Heidi has noticed the first little baby yellow squash growing, and lots of flowers. Lord willing,
it won't be long before we'll be inundated! There are also blossoms on some tomato plants, and we've got most everything in the ground now. On the downside, as I mentioned before, it's gotten too hot for the letuce, and Heidi says the spinach is not doing well either, but the swiss chard is still beautiful and the smaller leaves can be ued anywhere you'd use spinach.

Georgetown, Thursday 3:30 - 6:30 Our own sustainably grown produce:
Swiss Chard
Beets
Snow Peas
Radishes
Bok Choi
Onions
(bulbs with greens)
